Worksite Wellness

Why Worksite Wellness?

Image result for employee healthyThe average employee spends between 8 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week at work; therefore, the worksite is an important place for health promotion, disease prevention and health protection. Employers with effective worksite wellness programs and policies can reduce health risks, lower healthcare costs, and improve the quality of life for their workers. Worksite Wellness programs refer to coordinated and comprehensive strategies which include policies, programs, benefits and environmental support to meet the health and safety needs of all employees.
